I had the privilege of being coached by Paul after someone recommended him to me. In my opinion, Paul does the 5 key things I’d want out of any coach:
1) asks thought-provoking questions, rather than gives close-ended answers
2) when appropriate, offers genuine wisdom and insight
3) always stays objective, always able to cut through the subjectivity of a situation
4) tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear
5) does all of the above in a human-centric, personable style. He has chats, not discussions.

I can highly recommend Paul as an executive coach. I had the pleasure of being coached by Paul. I fully recommend him. He has a vast amount of business and life experience to call upon.
He has a great way of getting to the nub of any issues or blocks in your work life and really knows how to get you to come up with the solutions to these. I felt that it was great to have someone outside of my own work environment to go through the issues that we all have from time to time, receive some input from him and gain from his experience. I have taken away quite a lot of new strategies and work practices that have already benefited me and the team.
I highly recommend Paul and wish him the best of luck in his new venture, which I am sure will be a success.
